QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UNI EN ISO 9001:15

Ardolino Carni Srl is certified according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for quality management systems. The audits and certification for the ISO 9001: 2015 standard are carried out by the certification body CSQA. The certification it.medadvice.net ISO 9001: 2000 was obtained for the first time on 6 March 2008 and subsequently updated first in 2009 and then to the new ISO 9001: 2015 standard, it represents a very high recognition of es.medadvice.net services offered by our Organization.

The ISO 9001: 2000 certification was obtained for the first time on March 6, 2008 and subsequently updated first in 2009 and then to the new ISO 9001: 2015 standard, represents a very high recognition of the services offered by our Organization.

DISCIPLINARY VOLUNTARY LABELING OF BEEF
Reg. CE 1760/2000

Drafted for the first time on November 25, 2003 and revised on March 30, 2004, it was approved by the Mi.PAF on June 17, 2004 with decree 22389. The specification managed the voluntary labeling of beef starting from the cutting up to the activities of the portioned and ground. With the construction of the new plant it was necessary to completely revise it on 14 September 2006, as the slaughtering activity was also included. It was authorized by the Mi.P.A.A.F. on 14 October 2006 with decree 23167, keeping the unique national code IT 077ET.
On 04 August 2009 with D.M. n.18474 / 2009 the rev. 05 of the IT 077 ET Regulations, made necessary by circular letter no. 1 of 15 February 2008. On 30 March 2011 with D.M. n.0007182 the new text of the labeling specification IT 077 ET – rev. 06 of 22.06.2010 which also includes information at level (A), i.e. information related to breeding activities, thus making the specification complete along the entire bovine supply chain.
Finally, on 9 July 2013 with Ministerial Decree No. 0013236, revision 07 of 26 April 2013 was approved, which extends the specification also to its use by the “Platforms” and “Points of Sale”, thus making the specification complete along the entire bovine supply chain.
